At Nandog, we understand how important it is to find the perfect products for your furry family members. That is why we offer simple, hassle free return policies designed to give you peace of mind.

Beds & Car Seats: 100 Days & Nights Sleep Trial

We are so confident your dog will love our beds that we offer a 100 Days & Nights Sleep Trial. Your pet has plenty of time to get used to their new favorite spot, and you have the confidence of knowing that shipping and returns are free of charge during the trial period.

This policy also extends to our pet car seats, or as we like to call it, the 100 Days Test Drive. Take it on the road and make sure it is the perfect fit for your pet.

If you or your pet are not completely satisfied, please contact us at store@nandog.com so we can issue a return authorization number along with a prepaid return label. Returns are free of charge. Once your return is received, we will process your refund.

This return policy applies to Nandog products purchased directly from us. For Nandog products purchased at any of our retail partners, please return the item in store or directly to that merchant.

All Other Products: 30 Day Return Policy

For every other product aside from our beds and car seats, we offer a 30 day return policy. You have the full 30 days to decide if the product is right for you and your pet.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at store@nandog.com so we can issue a return authorization number along with a prepaid return label. Returns are free of charge. Once we receive the unused product with the tags still attached, we will issue a full refund.

We know no toy is indestructible, but if you are not happy with it within this 30 day period, please contact us and we will make it right.

Our main goal at Nandog is to ensure you and your pet’s happiness. If there are any issues with our products, we want to know so we can help right away.
