Please note - order processing times are separate from the shipping times that see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nandog Pet Gear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@nandog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are free of charge for eligible Nandog products purchased directly from us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at store@nandog.com so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid return label.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@nandog.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis and will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest returning it first and placing a new order for the preferred item.

All returned items must be unused and have all Nandog Pet Gear tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original tags may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

This return and exchange policy applies to Nandog products purchased directly from us. For Nandog products purchased at any of our retail partners, please return the item in store or directly to that merchant.
